Wow, it's been a while since I've been on here. XD Wow. I can't get over it. The site has changed so much while I've been gone. A lot has changed period, actually.
For starters, I turned eighteen, and I'm loving it! Even though I don't do anything differently because it's not like I had a life in the first place. What? I said nothing.

And, I have a tablet!!! Well, it's not mine, but, after nearly two years of waiting, and nagging, and more waiting, and MORE nagging, Sara FINALLY loaned it to me, so it's all mine for the weekend! (All together, now: Thank you, Sara!!!)It's a lot easier to use than I thought it'd be, so I must admit that I'm pleasantly surprised. I honestly thought that it'd be a whole lot harder than this. But, I won't complain, haha!

Hopefully, I'll be able to crank out a picture before I have to return the tablet. So far, I've sketched it out, and I have the lineart done. Right now, I'm just taking a little break because while I was sketching, it hit me that "Hey, I should update my profile before people decide that I'm not worth taking seriously." My profile was so goofy that I want to cringe. But in my own defense (though I have no clue why I'm defending myself, because I don't deserve it) what else could I do? It's not like I could put up any picture. Well, I could've, but they wouldn't have been any good. So until I could actually contribute something to DA that would've been worth people's time, I tried to keep everyone entertained by unleashing my inner comedian. (Who, I've discovered, had a very strange sense of humor back then. Man, I was bizarre XD) (Actually, I still am. *grin*)

In other news, Brittney Spears actually became something that I can tolerate! I used to never listen to her songs. But I heard "If U Seek Amy" on the radio, and thought "That song is awesome! Who is that?" Well, guess who? lol. So now, I have the song on my playlist. Never thought I'd see the day. XD

And if you've never heard of B.O.B., you need to listen to his song, "I'll be in the Sky". The song is awesome, and the music video is hilarious! But at the same time, the words are so true, and when you get past the humor and realize what he's saying, it hits you hard. But yes, listen to it. I have yet to hear his other songs, because I'm stuck on this one, but if they're anything like "I'll be in the sky", then, hey.

Let's see, what else has changed for me? Oh! I'm in the process of applying to colleges. It's so... ugh! I didn't expect it to be this tedious! I figured that if I stayed organized, it'd be alright. But, I've never been the best at organization, so that plan was doomed from the start. But, I've got all of my applications done, and am just waiting for my teachers and counselor to let me know that they sent in their recommendation. One of the schools actually has everything now, and I'm just waiting for them to get back to me. And that, let me tell you, is tortorous.

They had this thing going on where they said "Send in this application and you'll get a response within 3 weeks!" Sure, that sounds great. That sounds like a short period of time. No. God, I'm dying, twitching on the floor over it, and it's only the end of week one! By the time I get a letter back, I won't be able to yell with joy or burst into tears of sadness, because I'll be where? Right. On the floor. Twitching. Or, perhaps in a psych ward. XD

Anyway, that's it for now. Hopefully, this picture will be up soon. Definitely by Monday, because that's when I have to return the tablet. But, I like it a lot! I'm definitely going to get my own
